Modern forager
I’m a big fan of supplements, but I’m not referring to popping a multivitamin pill. I’m talking about herbal extract capsules, mushrooms extract capsules, and plant oils capsules. In other lifetimes, I would probably be a forager, constantly looking for natural remedies for all sorts of health aspects. But I would be limited to my surroundings and the seasons. However, now, I can be a modern forager, and have access to all the herbs and mushrooms out there, in pure extract forms, in convenient capsules, and delivered to my door - even here in the woods. The only thing that is actually harder to get nowadays is the actual wisdom of using plants for health.
Tired of being tired
I had months of feeling tired all the time, even from the morning. And then the sugar cravings. And the inability to go do some workout. And poor lifestyle choices despite everything I knew about health. And oh, the piles of stress, in all fields of personal, financial, professional, parenthood etc, and me marching forward, because it seemed like the only option. And then I discovered adrenal fatigue is a thing. But that’s nothing that some herbs, fresh juices, food choices, gentle movement and breathing cannot help with.

In an attempt to shed some kilos, I also measured my pH levels and learned that it was out of balance. An acidic pH is an environment for pathogens, toxins, and any nasty diseases to thrive in, so I wanted to address it, so I can avoid big problems years from now.
