The host has developed her own meditation method, called Inner Sanctuary. At this retreat you will learn how to create your own oasis of inner peace, how to get calm any moment you need it, and how to guide yourself to achieve anything you want from this place of inner calm - be that taking a business decision, or preparing for having quality time with dear ones.

Give yourself a gentle reset by experiencing and learning qigong - a gentle movement and breathwork method that helps you flow with life, inspired from ancient wisdom. This will help balance your body, calm your nervous system, align your body and mind, and energize yourself.

The retreat is hosted in a beautiful designer villa, with a great mountain view, and at only 30 min from Barcelona. During the retreat we will also go for gentle hikes and learn to mindfully connect to nature, and ground ourselves.

You will enjoy nourishing food for the body and mind, and learn about healthy cooking techniques, supplementing with herbs, and the benefits of mindful eating.

Enjoy a ceremony of herbal infusions and learn what plants can be your allies in dealing with stress. If you normally have coffee or tea, which increase the stress hormone cortisol, you might find here some better alternatives for the daily cup of pleasure while also supporting your nervous system to relax.

Experiment and learn some of the most efficient and simple ways to release tension from your body. The TRE (Tension Release Exercise) method is part of the retreat program, and it’s an easy do-it-yourself method you can apply anytime you want afterwards.

One of the meditation practices you will experience in this retreat will also introduce you the realm of self-expression through dance and meditation through music. We will have a dance meditation together, on carefully selected songs, and in a safe space to tune in into your inner world and full body.

We will learn the power of affirmations for rewiring our nervous system, and practice with carefully chosen affirmations that help nurture our inner peace and improve our stress responses.

The program also contains guided sessions for journaling that will help you shape your life to better suit your pursuit of inner peace. One session will be dedicated to decluttering your life, a needed step to simplify and ease your day-to-day. Another session will be dedicated to grounding techniques through a combination of drawing and writing.

After unwinding during the retreat and learning techniques that you can self-practice at home, you will also craft your ideal practice approach and program. We will work together on a plan that is adequate for you and your life, filled with useful stress-coping rituals to further nurture your inner peace.

Meet the host
Adelina is a C-level executive and mother of two with a big passion for holistic health. She has a vast knowledge of biology, nutrition, herbal remedies, gentle movement techniques, martial arts, meditation, physical and energetic body therapies, and more. She is currently getting a herbalism certification from Ecoversity, has a red belt in Taekwondo, is a certified practitioner of QiGong and Kung Fu, and is a philosophical adept of Taoism.

Most of the food ingredients are organic, seasonal, free-range (in the case of animal meats), and from proximity, and the cooking is made in surgical grade stainless steel which leaks no metals in the food. If needed, the host can cater to all requirements and understands well the different diets like vegetarian, vegan, paleo, keto, etc. It is possible to cover the different needs of different participants in the same retreat.

Everything will be in English. The host is fluent in English, and the participants tend to be international.

The host offers 4 bedrooms for booking, available either for one individual per room, or two individuals per room in case they book together (couples or friends). Also, the host likes to work with small groups and work closely with each participant, ensuring everyone gets the best experience possible.
