Hi 👋 I’m Adelina. I’m excited to welcome you to Barcelona Health Club.
I started this project because I wanted to share my wellbeing knowledge and meet people interested in improving and becoming their better selves. Therefore, I opened my home, a beautiful designer villa in the mountains just next to Barcelona, to host retreats that intertwine various holistic health aspects. Additionally, I’m also sharing my perspectives through blog posts, books, and online programs.
My journey into wellbeing started 20 years ago. Since then I’ve read hundreds of books on the topic, experienced dozens of health programs, pursued certifications in Herbalism, Meditation, and QiGong practices, and helped myself and people in my network improve aspects of their health - and as all this was very fulfilling, I decided to embark on this journey publicly, additionally to my C-level executive career and my motherhood life, and work with people like you to discover how to live a more satisfying life.
Where to find Barcelona Health Club
Access by bus E8 from Barcelona (Av. Diagonal / dr. Ferran or C. Urgell 229) to Corbera de Llobregat (Ctra. Barcelona - Font Vella) for 45 min. Then I can pick you up from the bus station (3km away).
Access by taxi from anywhere in Barcelona directly to the house. It’s Barcelona Metropolitan Area tariff, which makes the ride about 50 euro.
Access by car, usually a 25-35 min drive from Barcelona to the house. Free parking available.
